* Can you confirm if you have Public Liability insurance? (if yes please email a copy with your Identification documents)

If you are a non-European Citizen we require a copy of your work permit or permission to work

* Are you aged 18 or over? (Street entertainers must be aged 18 or over. Those aged 16-17 years would need to provide contact details for their parent or guardian)

If you answered yes to the above, you will need to apply for a street trading consent from the Council’s Licensing team.

Please provide details of a referee who can provide details on your current or previous entertainment/busking experience

Street entertainment registration check list:

Please ensure you email streetentertainment@solihull.gov.uk with the following information in support of your registration. Please insert your full name in the subject of the email.

1. Completed registration form

2. Photographic evidence of your identity (e.g. driving licence or passport

3. A risk assessment for your performance / activity (if providing – check whether this needed)

4. A recent passport style photo

5. Reference for previous or current entertainment/busking experience

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and agree to follow the terms and conditions set out by Solihull Council, which I have read and understood.

The information provided in this registration form may be shared with other departments within the Council and also to statutory partners including Solihull BID.

Your information may be shared with other council services and partner organisations to ensure our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services or benefits you may be entitled to or interested in. We may also need to share your information for the prevention and detection of fraud and/or other crimes or as the law requires.
