Is there any additional information we should be aware of

Evidence you need to provide

All applications must be supported by evidence that you have the home/property owner’s permission to use the address mentioned on your application. The following types of documents will be accepted:

council tax bill
bank statement
utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline) - a mobile phone statement is not acceptable

Your documents must be dated within 3 months of your application start date.
