You should submit your invitation at least two weeks before your event

We would ask that someone is already waiting to meet the car at the arrival point please.

If you are providing an evening meal is there somewhere nearby the chauffeur can get food

Parking - please provide details of where the Mayor’s Attendant can park the Mayoral car

* What is the required dress code for the Mayor

* What is the required dress code for the Mayors Consort

* Programme of event

If the function is a dinner, luncheon, public meeting or similar event, a copy of the toast list or agenda, showing order of procedure should be emailed to mayor@solihull.gov.uk no later than 4 days before the event
