Invitation for the Mayor

You should submit your invitation at least two weeks before your event

Event details

We would ask that someone is already waiting to meet the car at the arrival point please.

If the function is a dinner, luncheon, public meeting or similar event, a copy of the toast list or agenda, showing order of procedure should be emailed to no later than 4 days before the event

Is the Mayor being asked

Please note - unless the Mayor is responding to a toast, they should be the first speaker
It will be assumed that the Mayor is not required to speak if advance notice is not given
