If you have answered Yes you will need to contact Solihull Community Housing before you apply.

* Is the property a flat or maisonette

If you have answered Yes you will need to apply for planning permission.

* Do you currently have space for a hardstanding area of a minimum of 2.7 metres width and 5.5 metres depth on the front of your property

If you have answered No we cannot support your application.

A hardstanding constructed as per our guidance must be in place prior to the Vehicle Access Crossing being constructed.
