*If your use of the area will include any of the following then it must be classed as a large event: Refreshment stalls, Toilet facilities, Concessions/Merchandise stalls, Attendance of 100+, Use of other parts of the park

* Can you please provide as much detail as possible about your booking

Cycling Clubs Only - Can you please tell us who your race or large event is registered with

* Do you have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5,000,000? This must be provided for all booking types

We recommend that appropriate risk assessments are conducted prior to sessions being undertaken on the track
