To determine your eligibility for a Discretionary Housing Payment / Discretionary Crisis Fund and to subsequently make an application, please complete the following declaration.

Discretionary Housing Payment – I confirm that I am liable to pay Council Tax to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and I am in receipt of housing benefit or universal credit housing costs and reside in the Solihull Borough

Discretionary Crisis Fund – I confirm that I am liable to pay Council Tax to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and am requesting support on the grants available to alleviate my current circumstances
